Convergent Charging and Call Management for Corporate Customers

With OPSC^® Gold Mobile VPN communication service providers are able to offer extended Virtual Private Network (VPN) functions to their business customers. The highly flexible billing system OPSC^® Gold can optionally be complemented by a feature-rich Mobile VPN module making use of all the differentiated charging capabilities of a convergent rating and billing system. VPN call processing is handled by Orga Systems' Service Control Point (SCP).

Due to its flexible build, OPSC^® Gold allows for hierarchical accounts with convergent prepaid/postpaid payment options. In addition, any organizational company structure can be modelled and supported with individual subscriber call handling features.
 
With OPSC^® Gold, highly individualized contract agreements can be negotiated with business customers that take into account the depth of organizational levels, as well as the number of VPN members.

The versatile VPN calling features include hunting lists with alternative destination numbers, incoming and outgoing call screening functions, as well as a number translation functionality that transforms a dialed short code into its corresponding public number. A dedicated Graphical User Interface (GUI) enables the operator to conveniently manage multiple VPN groups.

VPN members can be charged with special VPN rates. OPSC^® Gold provides differentiated real-time charging of calls within the VPN, from the VPN to other destinations, and for calls to associated VPNs. Individual spending limits for each hierarchical level and dual invoice capabilities for business and private use deliver efficient cost and account control functionalities.
